With tomorrow being the first official day of Fall, many of us are frantically digging our much-loved flannels and sweaters out from the back of the closet and putting away the crop tops to prepare for the coming cooler temperatures. In need of some of-the-moment inspo? Effortless fall fashion is given form in our latest NousZine exclusive shot by photographer Patrick Park and self-styled by our girl Lily, who must have taken note when Coco Chanel advised, “Simplicity is the keynote of all true elegance.” This model/photographer duo created some seriously gorgeous images, which goes to show that anything can happen when creative minds come together. Meet Ashley Moore, the 23-year-old North Carolina-raised model currently dominating our Instagram feed. Naturally gorgeous, camera-ready or just lounging around in her sweats, here’s why the widely vivacious model is the latest girl on our mind.
If you weren’t modelling what career would you be pursuing?
Acting, which I am doing at the moment in addition to modelling. Who says you can’t have more than one career?
What is your idea of the perfect date?
Something simple and classic, someone to come pick me up, open the door, and take me to dinner, or something exciting and unforgettable like skydiving! Either way, showing respect and manners are non-negotiable.
Intelligent guys who know who they are, and know what they want.
What should a guy not wear on a first date?
Flip flops. Too soon to see your feet!
How do you spend your downtime?
When I get downtime, I just relax, whatever that feels like at the time. I love to watch movies, read, lay by the pool and try new restaurants out.
How would you describe your personal style?
My style changes every day, everything from girly-girl to tomboy or even just sweats. It just depends on my mood.
What impresses you when it comes to men’s style?
Anyone who doesn’t try too hard, but I’m definitely a sucker for guys in their workout gear!

There’s only one thing we love better than pastels lately– metallics. Shot by photog dream team Braina Laviena and Andrew Echeverria, this editorial gives us the best of both worlds while maintaining the minimalist trend that’s been dominating the high-fashion scene. Nylon has become the undisputed authority on cutting-edge and alternative fashion, and this feature stays true to form, with windswept hair and bold eyeshadow adding emphasis to the dreamy twilight mood of the shoot. If you’re a fan of up-and-coming fashion, you might recognize pieces from Meshit and Waltz , as well as staples from established fave Topshop. Keep scrolling to take a walk through Etheral Entourage, a 90’s-inspired fashion reverie.

Well my name is Sakura, my full name is Sakura Paige Hart Heffron. I was born and raised in Honolulu Hawaii and it’s tradition there for people to have multiple names. That’s why I have two first names, Sakura and Paige.
Sakura is Japanese for Cherry blossom. Cherry blossoms grow in April and I was born in April, this was intentional by my parents.
My mom is Japanese and my dad comes from Norwegian/American Decent.
The United States of America, specifically Southern California.
My home town is called Aliso Viejo, in Orange County. We moved from Hawaii once I started grade school. My hometown is not too far away from the beach, so I grew up spending most summer days when not in school, chilling with friends at the beach.
I am based in Los Angeles. I will be staying in LA for a while, finishing school and modeling.
I was initially drawn to the fashion world at the young age of twelve. After my first shoot, I was inspired to keep modeling because I felt like I could inspire other girls to chase their dreams no matter where in life they may be. Something that seemed so farfetched to me became a reality once I set my mind to it. Anything and everything is possible if you believe in yourself. I am still inspired today by the amount of passion and hard work that goes into a photo shoot.
I was signed with my mother Agency Nous Model Management at twelve years old, just short of thirteen and now I am twenty-two years old.
It is difficult to pinpoint one thing, but I love being able to delve into a new world and new setting every day. I am always adapting to new people and creative direction- I am never bored at work I am constantly in awe of everyone’s talent.
My first job is my most memorable because I was so young and worked with a famous photographer, Peggy Sirota.
I have to balance school and modeling. I set my mind to it and do what I need to do before I know I am going to travel for work, or just make arrangements with my teachers so that I can turn it in when I get back.
The Black Stallion is a movie of raw beauty and elegance. I have learned that in the modeling industry, it’s best to be yourself.
I want to be a designer, whether it’s interiors or exteriors of buildings.
The real you is the best you so don’t try and be anything but yourself.
Dream project could be anything! Any opportunity to make people happy!
I am addicted to playing Sims.
