14 years old.

Where is the most beautiful place on earth and why?:

It would be amazing to go to Italy or Australia someday! But so far the most dreamy place I’ve been is Kauai, Hawaii. Kauai is all about nature – everywhere you look is green, lush, and so secluded. I would spend the day surfing and swimming in Hanalei Bay and then walk into town for a shaved ice with macadamia ice cream. HEAVEN!

What is your favorite era of music and why?:

I actually love 50’s music. It just makes me feel happy and bright and that all is right with the world!

What’s your guilty pleasure?:

Ice cream, ice cream, ice cream, ice cream!!! My absolute favorite flavor is Sweet Cream at Jeni’s. Splendid Ice Cream. When my uncle comes in town, it’s almost a daily stop!

How many bones have you broken?:

Never broken a bone and not planning on it!

Whose fictional wardrobe do you want the most?:

Anne Hathaway’s new wardrobe in The Devil Wears Prada. I would kill for those clothes!!

Favorite Movie?:

It’s a tie between Liar Liar and Pretty Woman. Liar Liar makes me laugh harder than I ever have before, and Pretty Woman just makes me happy a girl.

What’s your favorite weekend activity?:

My perfect weekend day would be a day spent in Malibu, swimming and surfing at Surfrider beach, then grabbing some carne asada tacos at the taco truck on PCH and of course a stop at Jeni’s in Calabasas on the way home.

What are you most proud of?:

I would say I’m most proud of my grades at school. I work really hard and it’s paying off!

She’s so Nous! Meet Haley ~

1.) Name?:

My name is Haley Kubesh

2.) What’s your age and where are you from?:

I am 16 years old and I am from Laguna Hills, a small area in Orange County.

3.) Do you have a book that changed your life?:

A book that changed my life was A Thousand Splendid Suns by Khaled Hosseini. It reminded me of the strength that all women have and the resilience of the human soul through tragedy and difficult situations. This book is a wonderful message to never give up and never let someone own you, be true to yourself always and find freedom through your own abilities.

4.) Which superpower would you want to have?:

If I could have one superpower it would be to read minds. I’m constantly trying to figure out what others are thinking. When I’m older, I am interested in being a therapist because honestly I’m just too curious about other people’s brains.

5.) What is the funniest thing that happened to your recently?:

A fun fact about me is that every time I’m with my friends, we all end up laughing hysterically about something and I say “this is the funniest thing that’s ever happened.” All my friends make fun of me because it could be literally 20 minutes later and I’ve already changed my mind about the “funniest thing that’s ever happened”.

6.) If you had to choose one thing you were most passionate about, what would it be and why?:

If I had to choose one thing I was most passionate about, it would be modeling. I’ve been modeling since I was 9 and have always loved being able to bring life to pictures with my expressions and connect with photographers. I always have a sense of fulfillment after a good shoot and I feel so confident. I almost feel like my on set personality is my alter ego.

7.) What’s your guilty pleasure?:

My guilty pleasure is eating cookies n cream ice cream and binge watching netflix shows instead of sleeping at night. Oops. 😉

8.) Where would you take your dream vacation?:

My dream vacation would be Paris during winter. I’m obsessed with Christmas decorations and the cozy feel during that time of year, so sightseeing in Paris, wearing fashionable scarves, boots, and sipping hot cocoa would be a dream come true.

9.) What makes you feel nostalgic?:

Music makes me feel nostalgic a lot, for instance my mom always used to sing, “You are my Sunshine,” to my twin brother and I growing up. Whenever I hear that song, I always get a warm fuzzy feeling inside and long for the days when I was young and carefree.

10: What is your dream pet?:

My dream pet would be an adorable otter that I could keep in my bathtub and go for swims with. Don’t worry, I would invest in a swimming pool so it would have lots of room to play.

11.) How do you kick back and relax?:

I kick back and relax by reading, which I love because it transports me to a different place, and listening to jazz music on my record player, specifically Frank Sinatra. I’m obsessed with his music. I also love going to the beach and tanning with my best friends.

12.) What inspires you the most?:

What inspires me most are the small moments in life, for example when the sunshine warms your skin so nicely, a song speaks powerfully to your soul, or you see a rainbow that takes your breath away. In these moments I feel pure bliss and so connected to the universe. It reminds me of how much beauty there is in the world and inspires me to go out, do great things, explore, and experience more of this bliss.

She’s so Nous! Meet Izzy ~

1. Name?:

Hi! My name is Izzy Hoffman.

2. Age?:

I am 15 years old!

3. Where are you from?:

I am from sunny Phoenix, Arizona!

4. Which superpower would you want to have?:

I would definitely love to have the ability to fly because imagine the views! Also, it would reduce the amount of pollution from cars, and because I love birds!

5. Do you have a book that changed your life?:

As silly as this may sound, the one book that really shaped me to be who I am today, was actually a series that I read a in about 3rd grade called: How to Train your Dragon.

It really helped me to grow a passion for animals and it taught me how to be loving, and giving to others. There were other ramifications from reading this book at such a young age… a house full of pets, starting with a bearded dragon named “Weezy,” who is now eight years old!

6. Do you believe in ghosts?:

I think I have to say yes to that. I mean, how else would I lose all of my socks, my homework, and my jewelry? Obviously I didn’t lose them…

7. Which emoji would best capture your essence?:

This emoji To me, this emoji is excited, fashionable, and ready for an adventure!

8. When you eat a bag of candy, do you save the best flavors for last? Or, do they go first?:

I’ve always tried to be one of those “save the best for last” types of people, as they seem to have so much willpower,  but…it’s candy! I just can’t resist and I end up eating the best first, or whatever I see first.

9. Where would you take your dream vacation?:

My dream vacation would be to visit the country of Chile. My first stop would be the Santuario Igualdad (@santuariogualdad), an amazing animal sanctuary run by two beautiful people who rescue the most vulnerable creatures, having been victims of the meat and dairy industries. Then, I would head to the thousands of miles of amazing coastline and, of course, a hike into the beautiful Andes!

10. Favorite movie or T.V show soundtrack?:

The Stranger Things soundtrack is epic because it’s all 80’s classics and I love 80’s music. It’s so upbeat, fun, and no autotune!

11. What’s the most embarrassing trend you gave into?:

Oh man…too many for sure. Probably the most embarrassing would be the Silly Band era. I remember when there were days I’d go to school with Silly Bands covering each limb…fully.

12. What’s under your bed?:

Honestly, a lot of things. The secret to keeping such a clean and organized room is to shove everything under your bed!

13. What’s your favorite 1990’s-2000’s jam?:

Well, I don’t know if this is still my current fave, but it for sure used to be. When I was really young, I used to sing Gwen Stefani’s song called “Sweet Escape,” but to me, I referred to it as the “Woo Woo Song” (due to the main chorus background vocals). Interesting choice, I suppose?

14. Who/What inspires you the most?:

I would say that my mom’s passion and energy inspires me the most. She always puts in her best effort for anything and anyone, which takes a lot of compassion. She is also a very hard worker and she deals with a lot, but is always there to support me with all her heart in my career!

Thank you mom, for everything you do for me, I wouldn’t be typing this right now if it wasn’t for you.

She’s so Nous! Meet Cora ~

1.) Name?:

Coralyn Ashley Moran.

2.) How old are you?:

19.

3.) Where are you from?:

I was born in Clearwater Florida and was back and forth between Florida and Huntley Illinois and a few other towns because I moved a lot.

4.) Whats under your bed?:

Honestly… Under my bed is not the prettiest sight. I am a very clean and organized person but sometimes I tend to throw a lot of pointless things under there. Like for example; I just looked underneath and I found a jumprope and 7 things of unfinished chapstick. Lol

5.) Do you believe in ghosts?:

Umm.. OF COURSE!

6.) What is your favorite era of music?:

2000’s for sure. Definitely some of the best singalong songs. My friends and I always play in the car or at home because we can literally sing our hearts out to every song.

7.) Whats your go-to karaoke song?:

“Summer Nights” from Grease.

8.) How do you kickback and relax?:

My ideal way to kickback and relax is wake up without an alarm, not have any plans, and just go with the flow. Maybe grab a coffee at a cafe, listen to some music, and journal. Or, sometimes I will literally do absolutely nothing and watch youtube videos all day about cooking and some of my favorite vloggers.

Cora for ASOS London.

9.) How many bones have you broken?:

I’ve only broken one, which was my wrist. I am honestly surprised that I’ve only broken one taking for how clumsy I am sometimes, haha.

10.) What inspires you the most?:

My mom. HANDS DOWN. She is THE toughest person ever and I appreciate everything she has taught me along the years. I know I have a lot more to learn, but she is such a genuine and real person. I absolutely adore her.

11.) How would your best friend describe you?:

My best friend would probably describe me as super weird and… funny? I hope, haha. I’m actually with her right now so I told her to write something down. So lets see what she has to say:

“I would describe Coralyn as caring, honest, kind, and down to earth. She always puts others before herself because she cares about the wellbeing and happiness of others, as well as herself. She also cares about the livesof everyone, including animals, which is part of the reason as to why she is vegan. She doesn’t care about high-end clothing and spending tons of money on herself. She would rather buy more things for less money, even if it’s not designer clothing or items.

I love Coralyn’s personality because she is very honest about everything and will always give opinions when needed, which makes her a caring. Another thing I have noticed since being best friends with her for 13 years, is that she is such a kind person to each and every person! Her kindness makes her such a beautiful person because she doesn’t care who you are or what you look like, she will continue to be kind to you. I love everything about Coralyn, but these are just a few things that come to mind when I think of our friendship.”

Cora on set behind the scenes for ASOS London.

12.) Which super power would you want to have?:

I would love to be able to read a person’s mind. I think it would super interesting to see what people are thinking verses from what they actually say.

13.) What motto do you live by?:

“Be a bottle of water, not a bottle of soda.”

I actually just recently came across this and it kind of just… stuck with me? The bottle is you and what’s inside are your emotions/reactions.

In the outside world, people are going to shake you and drop you sometimes. If you shake a bottle of soda, when you finally open up – you’re going to explode. But if you shake a water bottle, once you open up- it’s the same calm water it was just before you shook it up. Don’t let other people disrupt your inner peace.

I would probably love to be telepathic, read other people’s minds.

I have more than one passions obviously, but if I have to choose, I would choose creating and making custom pieces of clothing. This is one of things I wanna do and grow because it’s unique and I worked in fashion industry for 10 years as a model. I think it’s more environment-friendly, as well as interesting.

What is the most important memory you have and why?:

I feel like the most important memory i’ve had happened in my biology class in high school. The school director came to class, called my name, and when I walked out the door, that’s when I met my future mother agent. I keep remembering it over and over again. That’s how I got discovered and, if not for her, my life and modeling career wouldn’t turn the way it did. I am very grateful to her!

She’s so Nous! Meet Margo ~

Photographed by Wes Klain.

Name?

Margo Smith.

Where are you from?:

Mobile, Alabama.

What’s your guilty pleasure?:

Nutella, or anything involving Nutella. When I was a kid, I would eat half a jar by the spoonful in one sitting, so my parents started buying me one jar a month and I had to make it last. It was a rough childhood.

Who is your role model, and why?:

Cindy Crawford. Her accomplishments in the modeling industry and business world are insane. Not to mention, we have the same birthday and “beauty marks” on our lips, so she’s basically my mom (I WISH, Kaia is living the dream). Her hairdresser did my hair once and I’ve never felt so starstruck in my life.

Photographed by Wes Klain.

Favorite movie or TV show soundtrack?:

The Interstellar soundtrack. I could listen to it on repeat for hours and hours and hours…and hours.

What is your dream pet?:

A tiger. Lorde really inspired me when she sang about tigers on a gold leash, but since that’ll never happen, I hope to someday get a horse. But a girl can dream.

Whose fictional wardrobe do you want the most?:

I will take ANYTHING out of the wardrobe’s of Blair Waldorf or Serena Van Der Woodsen.

Which superpower would you want to have?:

I’d definitely want to be able to teleport. My love for traveling and hatred for LA traffic easily makes this my first choice.

Photographed by Aria Emory.

When you eat a pack of candy, do you save the best flavors for last or do they go first?:

They go first, and they’re the only ones that go. Sour gummy worms are my favorite candy and once the blue and red ones are gone the whole bag is discarded.

Who was your childhood crush?:

All of the Jonas Brothers held a special place in my heart but Joe Jonas definitely takes the cake.

Where would you take your dream vacation?:

Between the food, the shopping, and the sights, I’m convinced Paris is the most magical place on Earth. Vacationing there is a must.

Do you have any mottos you live by?:

“Fall seven times, stand up eight.”

Lindsay Conway.

How old are you?

19 years old.

Chicago, IL.

Which superpower would you want to have?

Time travel, so I can erase all my embarrassing moments and to visit Studio 54 to meet Andy Warhol and Mick Jagger.

Where would you take your dream vacation?

Rome, Italy. Where I can indulge on pasta and drink wine legally.

How do you kick back and relax?

Sleep, sleep, and more sleep.

Do you have any mottos you live by?

“You have nothing to fear, but fear itself.”

What’s your guilty pleasure?

Buying Boom-Chicka-Pop popcorn in bulk on Amazon, so I don’t run out.

Whose fictional wardrobe do you want the most?

Cher Horowitz from Clueless. She had a digital closet that helped her decide what to wear daily and was filled with the best designers from the 90s.

Who was your childhood crush?

Zac Efron (still current crush).

If you were an animated character, who would you be and why?

Kim Possible for sure! She balanced saving the world, being a cheerleader, all while maintaining a 4.0; she’s badass.

What’s your favorite 1900’s/2000’s jam?

Toni Braxton- You’re Making Me High.

Which emoji would capture your essence?

Definitely the alien emoji. I’m a total weirdo.

She’s so Nous! Meet Chandler ~

Name?:

Chandler Bailey.

How old are you?:

21 years of fun.

Where are you from?:

Nashville, TN.,

(otherwise known as the Greatest Place on Earth.)

If you had to choose one thing you were most passionate about, what would it be and why?

I am deeply passionate about animal rights. I volunteer at a shelter in Culver City called Michelson Found Animals, where they save stray dogs and cats from what can be described as “death row” at various kill shelters in Los Angeles. I’ve always been fond of animals but after working so intimately in this little community, nursing sick baby kittens and pups back to health and getting them ready for adoption has brought me indescribable and immeasurable joy. Adopt, don’t shop! 😉

What’s your guilty pleasure?

Wait… I have to pick one? It’s a tie between popcorn, an Impossible burger from Umami, or binge watching The Office. But I’m not guilty about any of those.

What is the most important memory you have and why?

One of the best memories I have comes from back home in Nashville, when I was around 10 years old. We lived right by a huge open field and in the middle of the night one summer, my mom woke me and ran me outside in my PJ’s. What I saw was absolutely unbelievable- What seemed like an endless ocean of fireflies, that stretched as far and wide as our eyes could see, flying around in perfect harmony, canopied by the brightest, clearest starry night you ever did witness.

We spent an hour sitting on the sidewalk in the tiny hours of the morning, while my mother showed me constellations and we just admired the beauty around us. This memory comes to mind when I start to feel trapped or overwhelmed. It brings me back home and makes me feel good, knowing that view is waiting for me each summer I visit Tennessee.

Where would you take your dream vacation?

I’ve been lucky enough to visit some insanely amazing places like Italy, Bali, and Iceland. To be honest, I really just want to go to Hawaii… Everyone I know has been except for me. What’s up with that?

Have you overcome one of your fears?

YES! I recently shot a commercial for a helicopter company called Blade. As someone who has always been deathly afraid of flying (I picked a great gig,  huh?), I had to play it cool on set. Set being, of course, a helicopter taking off from the Santa Monica Airport and flying to Palm Springs for the day. Concealing my terror while being on camera was quite challenging at first, until I realized flying in a helicopter is some of the most fun you can POSSIBLY have. I dare say it was one of the best experiences of my life. I’ll travel by helicopter over plane any day of the week.

What’s the most embarrassing trend that you gave into?

So… you know Crocs? Somewhere in my mother’s attic, hidden away so as not to burn anyone’s eyes of out their heads, lies a photo of a 12-year-old Chandler. Not wearing Crocs, but a bubblegum pink, fur-lined off-brand variation called none other than… Aqua Ducks. Typing this made me sad.

What are you most proud of?

I am truly proud of myself for how hard I worked to get to where I am in my career. I knew I wanted to do this from a very young age. I didn’t listen to anybody who told me I couldn’t do it or wouldn’t make it. I worked my booty off growing up to save enough money so I could move out here and make a career for myself, completely on my own. I have done just that and I couldn’t be more excited and grateful that it worked out.

What makes you feel nostalgic?

Johnny Cash. Humid summer days. Freshly cut watermelon.  I also have about a million photos of my mother and 6-year-old brother on my phone, which whenever I scroll through, obviously, I shed a tear or two.

What is your dream pet? (It doesn’t have to be traditional!)

Piles of puppies and kittens. Hopefully this won’t remain just a dream.

Do you have any mottos you live by?

There is a prayer that I was required to recite in school every day, that never felt significant to me until recently. Whenever I feel stressed, confused, or sad, this prayer calms me down.

“God, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to know the difference.”

She’s so Nous! Meet Courtney ~

Name?:

Courtney Kitt

Where are you from?:

I was born in Canada, raised in Mexico.

What inspires you the most?:

I am inspired by people who are true to themselves, those who honour and love themselves. When you acknowledge the potential you have to be the best you that you can be, you shine that much brighter. It is this inspiration that has helped made me stay true to me.

What’s been you greatest achievement (so far)?:

Following my dreams. I worked my butt off building my book so I could apply for a work visa to come to LA. Getting signed to NOUS, A LOT of paper work, saving money and dedicating myself to a healthy lifestyle have all led this achievement. More than anything, I had to keep my eye on the prize, be patient and persevere. Making a permanent move to a new country is a big deal, and I did it!

If you had to choose one thing you were most passionate about, what would it be and why?:

Honestly, I am most passionate about work. I LOVE being a model. This career has allowed me to meet and work with the coolest people, travel to different places and keeps me motivated. It has taught me to honour myself and live my life by design, fully engaging in each experience and excited for each new day..and each new office of the day!

What’s under your bed?:

Well, I just moved into a furnished apartment. I absolutely HAD to de clutter the space and hide everything…Under my bed!!! If you look under there, you’ll find all types of things from place mats, to ugly cushions, drapes and a god awful rug.

What food will you absolutely not, under any circumstances, eat?:

Meat! I have been plant based for almost three years. This is hands down one of the best decisions I have ever made for myself. I can’t imagine eating any other way.

What is the most important memory you have and why?:

Moving to Mexico when I was eleven. We packed our lives up in Canada, got into the car,  and drove down to the paradise that I call home. I’ll never forget that drive across two countries. I was squished between all of our belongings in the back seat for the entire journey, filled with anticipation and excitement. The rest is history!

If you needed one, what would your DJ name be?:

Funny you ask! Be on the look out for DJ Kitt.. music is something I am pursuing.

What are you most proud of?:

I’m most proud of having had the opportunity to grow up bi-culturally. Along the way, the gift of a second language is now mine. Being the new kid in a new country wasn’t always easy, and it took some time for me to gain the confidence to actually speak Spanish. Now, I realize what a gift it is and I honestly get a kick out of peoples reactions when I speak Spanish here in California.

How would your best friend describe you?:

I like this question a lot, so I actually reached out to my best friend and asked. She said, on one hand I am kind, compassionate and very spiritual. But, look out cause I am also fierce, determined, and never give up!!

Who is your role model, and why?:

My mom. She taught me to live a life outside the box and is most definitely one of the most hardest working people I know.
